Had an awesome time with friends! The location across from the mall is perfect for shopping. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day. Clean rooms with comfy pillows made our stay enjoyable. We visited the local parks and a fun art gallery nearby too!
Had an issue with the door not locking properly, but Gregg helped us fix it. Just make sure you check your door before settling in.

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to local attractions. However, I found the cleanliness to be lacking, with hair under the sheets and a strange smell in the room. The check-in experience was smooth, but the breakfast options were limited.

It's a bed bug night!
We had a pretty rough stay. My sister-in-law and crew woke up with tons of bed bug bites! They even found live bugs crawling around and fresh blood spots on the sheets. Gross! We had to double-check our luggage, which made us itch just thinking about it. At least breakfast was decent, but dang, those bed bugs stole the show for sure.

The breakfast was decent, waffles and pastries were nice. The shower pressure was excellent, made my morning so much better.
